Your job responsibilities:
1. Drive sales growth of electric wheelchairs, care beds, and patient lifts in the Netherlands and Belgium.
2. Build and manage a strong distributor and dealer network in both markets.
3. Identify and acquire new distributors and key accounts (dealers, hospitals, care homes, rehab centers).
4. Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, distributor agreements) and close deals.
5. Maintain key customer and distributor relationships, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
6. Represent Wizemed at key trade shows and customer visits across the Netherlands and Belgium, providing regular market feedback to support strategy.
We hope you:
1. Proven sales experience in electric wheelchairs, care beds, or care support / rehabilitation products, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets (experience in at least one of these product categories is required)
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently (home office / field-based role).

2. Identify, approach, and recruit new distributors, dealers, and key accounts (e.g. hospitals, care homes, rehab centers).
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners to increase sales volume and market coverage.
4. Act as the main commercial contact for Italian distributors, with full product and back-office support from Wizemed HQ.
5. Provide regular feedback on customers, competitors, and market opportunities to help optimize Wizemed’s sales and channel strategy in Italy.

1. Proven sales or business development experience in mobility, rehabilitation, or eldercare equipment (e.g. wheelchairs, beds, hoists, assistive devices).
2. Existing network of distributors / dealers / key customers in Italy is a strong advantage.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and result-oriented.
4. Comfortable working part-time or freelance, managing your own schedule.

4. Coordinate with Wizemed HQ on pricing, offers, and agreements, and support closing deals.
5. Share market and customer insights to help shape Wizemed’s sales and channel strategy in Switzerland.

2. Existing contacts and network with distributors, dealers, or institutional buyers in Switzerland is highly preferred.
